I am delighted you've chosen to purchase an item from Pondering Dog Pottery. Please note that each item is handcrafted and one of a kind. We do not offer returns or refunds. If there is serious damage to the outside of your package, please do not accept the delivery. If you notice damage when you recieve your item, please contact me within 48 hours of receving your items and include photos of the damage. 

Each piece will be shipped shortly after purchase at the buyer's expense. Please note that I do get discounted shipping prices and will ship each item in recycled packaging to reduce the environmental impacts and costs.
